TERMS & CONDITIONS

We much prefer creating delicious British chocolate bark to writing pages of complicated small print so we’ll keep this simple and succinct.

When you order from Glorious Chocolate, the following T&Cs apply.

Ordering online

​

We take payment in full when you place an order directly on our website.

For orders taken via social media (Facebook/Instagram) or by phone/email, we will send you a secure payment link.

​

Deliveries

​

For orders under £40, our delivery charge is £3.75 – for orders over £40, delivery is FREE. 

 

For peace of mind, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service as our standard service. Although this service does not guarantee next day delivery, your order will be delivered within 24 hours of being despatched. 

​

We aim to despatch your order either the same day (if placed before 12.00 noon) or the next working day. However, we cannot always guarantee this as we may not always have the stock available.  We will let you know if anything is out of stock or there is a delay and give you a timescale for delivery.

International Delivery

​

We currently deliver our chocolate nationally, covering the whole of the UK. If you live abroad and have a craving for some of our chocolate, please get in touch and we will discuss the best way to send some to you!

Payments

​

We accept all major debit/credit cards including PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Be reassured that we don’t store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Find out more about our privacy notice here.

 

Returns

​

Changed your mind about your order? Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange on 0330 102 8669. You can also email hello@gloriouschocolate.co.uk  - make sure you get in touch before sending the goods back to us.

 

We take great care in packing your order. Should your chocolate arrive damaged, please call us within 48 hours with your order number and send a photo to hello@gloriouschocolate.co.uk so that we can look into this for you.

Quality/complaints

Your enjoyment is our priority. We want you to savour every moment and enjoy every mouthful. 

 

If you’re not totally delighted with the quality of your chocolate or the level of our service, please let us know so we can put it right.

Sharing the love

We reserve the right to use photographs of our delicious chocolate on our website and on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages. We may also feature some of our Glorious fans enjoying their favourite flavour.
