DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Our Delivery charge for orders under £40 is £3.75 – for orders over £40, delivery is FREE.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and have the Tracked 24 service as our standard service. This service does not guarantee next day delivery but does guarantee 24 hours delivery from when we dispatch your order.

Our boxes aren't letterbox-friendly so ideally someone will need to be in to receive them.

 
We aim to dispatch your order either the same day (if placed before 12.00 noon) or next working day, however, we cannot guarantee this as we may not always have the stock available. We will inform you if anything is out of stock or there is a delay and give you a timescale for delivery.

International Delivery

We are not currently shipping outside of the UK  but if you have an urgent need for some chocolate and live abroad, please get in touch and we will handle this on a single order basis.

Temperatures


During particularly hot or cold weather, we would rather hold back your order until the temperature is more suitable for the transit of chocolate, as we wouldn’t want to risk your chocolate arriving melted... or frozen! If this means a potential delay, we will of course let you know.

RETURNS

Cancelling your Order

We want you to be wholly delighted with your order. If you change your mind about your order or something isn’t as you expected when your delivery arrives (or within 14 days of delivery),  please contact us as soon as possible on 0330 102 8669 or via email on hello@gloriouschocolate.co.uk and we will endeavour to put it right.

Please do not return anything until you have made contact with us.
